The Underwood's Group classically trained Development Chef, Phil Bowen, is
available to assist all clients in the development of their menus, support product
evaluation and culinary best practice.
Phil's Michelin Star experience is augmented by working closely with a
number of well-known industry clients, helping them to develop and expand
their menu offerings in line with current and seasonal food trends; as well
as developing new flavours, seasonings, accompaniments and optimal use of
residuals.
Clients are encouraged to contact Phil for advice, access his wealth of experience, and knowledge, and is available by arrangement to travel for one to one meetings to suit specific customer needs.
We welcome appointments to meet and work with our Development Chef in our
Training Centre, based in Rotherham, which features a custom built development kitchen and
meeting room to discuss and develop individual
client requirements further, or arrange to have a demonstration of product and
butchery from one of The Barn's highly skilled butchers.
